To protect both customers and our rental service, Probashi Bike may verify customer information before confirming a booking. This may include name, contact number, address, travel details, driving licence, identification documents, and other booking-related information when required.

Bookings may be requested through our website, phone, or WhatsApp. A booking is confirmed only after necessary information and documents are reviewed. This helps us ensure that each rental is properly verified and professionally managed.

We collect only the information needed to process bookings, verify customers, provide delivery, manage support, and maintain rental records. Customer information is handled carefully and is not shared unnecessarily.

4. Safe Motorcycle Handover

Before delivery or handover, Probashi Bike verifies the booking details, customer identity, rental period, delivery location, and motorcycle condition. Customers may receive motorcycles at agreed locations such as Sylhet Osmani International Airport, home, hotel, showroom, or another approved delivery point.

5. Motorcycle Safety

We aim to provide safe, regularly serviced, and well-conditioned motorcycles. Standard helmet support is provided for rider safety, and additional helmet support may be available subject to availability.

6. Payment And Transaction Safety

Any payment, deposit, refund, or rental charge should be made only through official Probashi Bike communication or approved payment channels. Customers are advised not to share sensitive payment information with unauthorized persons.

7. Customer Responsibility

Customers must use the motorcycle safely, follow traffic rules, use safety gear, and return the motorcycle on time and in proper condition. The motorcycle must not be used for illegal activity, racing, reckless riding, unauthorized commercial use, or sub-rental.

8. Support And Emergency Assistance

Probashi Bike provides support for booking, delivery, information, and emergency assistance. Customers may contact us for help during the rental period.

9. Reporting Security Concerns

If you notice any suspicious activity, unauthorized communication, payment issue, fake booking request, or misuse of the Probashi Bike name, please contact us immediately.
