Welcome to Probashi Bike. By accessing our website, submitting a booking request, renting a motorcycle, or using any service provided by Probashi Bike, you agree to comply with the following Terms of Use.

1. About Probashi Bike
Probashi Bike is a specialized motorcycle rental service for expatriate Bangladeshis, NRBs, foreign visitors, tourists, business travelers, corporate clients, and long-stay guests. Our services are currently available within Sylhet Division.

2. Eligibility
To rent a motorcycle, the customer must provide accurate personal information and valid documents required for verification. The rider must hold a valid motorcycle driving licence or any legally acceptable riding permit applicable in Bangladesh. Probashi Bike reserves the right to refuse service if verification is incomplete or unsatisfactory.

3. Booking And Confirmation
Customers may submit booking requests through the website, phone, or WhatsApp. A booking is considered confirmed only after Probashi Bike verifies the required information and documents and issues confirmation. Motorcycle availability depends on brand, model, condition, rental period, and current stock.

4. Rental Services
Probashi Bike provides motorcycle rental on daily, weekly, monthly, and long-term bases. Additional services may include airport delivery, home or hotel delivery, pickup, helmet facility, additional helmet support subject to availability, 24/7 customer support, and corporate rental packages.

5. Preferred Brand And Model
Customers may request a preferred motorcycle brand and model. Probashi Bike will try to arrange the requested motorcycle, subject to official availability in Bangladesh, advance booking confirmation, pricing, special conditions, and stock availability.

6. Showroom Delivery And New Motorcycle Arrangement
Where applicable, customers may receive a motorcycle directly from an authorized showroom. For selected advance bookings, Probashi Bike may arrange a brand-new motorcycle for the customer, subject to special terms, pricing, and availability.

7. Payments And Charges
Rental fees are determined based on motorcycle brand, model, condition, rental duration, and availability. Any applicable delivery fee, security deposit, additional helmet charge, late return fee, damage charge, or special service charge will be communicated before confirmation where possible.

8. Cancellation And Refund Policy
If cancellation is made 30 days or more before the booking date, 100% of the paid amount is refundable.
If cancellation is made 15-29 days before the booking date, 50% is refundable.
If cancellation is made 7-14 days before the booking date, 20% is refundable.
If cancellation is made less than 7 days before the booking date, no refund will be applicable.
Approved refunds will be processed within the designated working days.

9. Customer Responsibilities
The customer must use the motorcycle safely, lawfully, and responsibly. The customer must follow traffic rules, use safety gear, avoid reckless riding, and keep the motorcycle in proper condition. The motorcycle must not be used for illegal activity, racing, overloading, commercial misuse, unauthorized ride-sharing, or sub-rental.

10. Damage, Loss, And Liability
The customer is responsible for any damage, loss, theft, penalty, fine, or legal issue caused during the rental period due to misuse, negligence, violation of law, or breach of these Terms. Probashi Bike may charge repair, replacement, recovery, or administrative costs where applicable.

11. Delivery And Return
Motorcycles may be delivered to Sylhet Osmani International Airport, customer residence, hotel, showroom, or another agreed location. The customer must return the motorcycle at the agreed time and location. Late return may result in additional charges.

12. Support And Emergency Assistance
Probashi Bike provides support for booking, delivery, information, and emergency assistance. Support availability does not make Probashi Bike responsible for incidents caused by rider negligence, traffic violations, unsafe riding, third-party actions, or events beyond our control.

13. Right To Refuse Or Cancel Service
Probashi Bike reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or cancel any booking if the customer provides false information, fails verification, violates safety requirements, misuses the motorcycle, delays payment, or breaches these Terms.

14. Website Use
Users must not misuse the website, submit false information, attempt unauthorized access, copy content without permission, or use the website in any way that may harm Probashi Bike, its customers, or its services.

15. Changes To Terms
