1. Booking Cancellation And Refund Eligibility
Customers may cancel their confirmed booking before the scheduled booking date. Refund eligibility will depend on the cancellation timeline stated below:

3. Non-Refundable Cases
No refund will be applicable if the cancellation request is made less than 7 days before the booking date.
